Peaberries are small, round fused beans that occur in 2-3% of all coffee cherries. The prized peaberry grade is uniform in size, yielding a concentrated flavor and a lively cup. Our Tanzanian Peaberry is roasted to Vienna (Dark) and possesses winey acidity, medium body, and citrus like flavors.
