Grown in the Mogiana region of Brazil at an altitude between 800 and 1200 meters, this Brazilian shines with a sweet and creamy flavor that has just notes of cocoa. The COCAPEC co-op uses a full natural process and sun dries the beans to produce a consistent coffee quality of the highest cup category in Brazilian coffee grading. We roast it to a light medium, which gives it its mild body, perfect for a naturally sweet cup of coffee or a well-drawn espresso shot.
