Grown by the 43 Farmers Co-op on the El Porvenir Farm in the mountains of northwest Nicaragua, our Nicaraguan is organically grown and fairly purchased. Rene, the leader of the El Porvenir Coffee Co-Op, says that we roast our Nicaraguan exactly as it should be roasted, to a perfect medium.
