This coffee hails from one of the most impressive valleys in Huehuetenango, surrounded by tall mountains and a unique landscape. Los Laureles Estate was established in 1966 by founder Mario Sosa. Sosa and his wife have poured their hearts into the farm. In 2001 they placed in the Cup of Excellence competition with a nice profile/score. Recently Sosa's son, Mario Jr. has taken charge of the farm.
