Peaberries are small, round, fused beans that occur in 2-3% of all coffee cherries. They are uniform in size, yielding a concentrated flavor and a lively cup. We roast our Tanzanian Peaberry to Dark, highlighting its winey acidity, citrus like flavor, and medium body.
