Little River Coffee Bar

The Little River Coffee Bar was our first specialty coffee shop, opened in 2010 in conjunction with the Hub City Bookshop and Cakehead Bakeshop. We often called ourselves “The Trifecta” due to how well an indie bookstore, coffee shop, and bakery worked together. In 2019 Little River bought Cakehead’s equipment and began baking all of our own scones, muffins, biscuits, bread, and more. We owe a great deal of gratitude to Liz and Andrew Blanchard, the owners of Cakehead Bakeshop for helping us with the transition into taking over that space and for sharing many of their beloved recipes. While we’re very sad to see Liz and the crew go, the #MasonicPowerCouple trudges on providing caffeination, delicious baked goods, and good reads to the community.
